Wellness Leagues
Wellness Leagues offers a year-round, 365-day wellness engagement program that categorizes employees into gold, silver, and bronze leagues based on their daily average steps. With Wellness Leagues:
  1. HR professionals can set specific benchmarks, monitor league distributions, and analyze trends over time.
  2. HRs can generate custom reports with demographic filters to support data-driven wellness initiatives.
Gift-Card Mark-ups & Discounts
Redeeming gift cards is now easier and more transparent. Users can clearly see any discounts or markups during the redemption process, enabling them to make informed decisions. This ensures a seamless and clear process when selecting and redeeming gift cards.
Badge Notifications & Completion Badges
Users will receive real-time push notifications whenever they earn a badge, along with new challenge-completion badges added to their collection. This instant recognition fosters a sense of accomplishment and encourages continued engagement in future challenges.
Heart-Rate Import (Apple Health)
With the ability to import historical heart-rate data from Apple Health, users can now enhance their workout analysis with more comprehensive insights. This integration allows users to explore how their heart rate varies with different activities, providing a clearer picture of their fitness patterns. By leveraging this data, the app can offer personalized health recommendations, helping users make more informed decisions for improved fitness and long-term cardiovascular health.
View Redeemed Gift Vouchers
The wallet section now displays a detailed transaction history for redeemed gift cards, including:
  1. Gift card redeemed
  2. Points used
  3. Redemption date
  4. Remaining balance after redemption
This feature provides users with full visibility into their redemption activity and offers an organized and user-friendly experience.
Audience Targeting for Challenges
Admins can now segment employees by department, age group, location, and gender, ensuring wellness campaigns reach the most relevant audiences. This feature allows organizations to:

Wallet / Redemption Toggle

One-Time (Lite) Challenge Mode
The One-Time (Lite) Challenge Mode streamlines the process of engaging employees in step-based challenges by removing the need for health-profile setup. By eliminating unnecessary steps, this mode enhances participation and allows clients to quickly roll out wellness initiatives with minimal effort.
Active Minutes Metric & Challenges
With the addition of active minutes tracking, the app now emphasizes high-effort physical activity, enabling HR teams to set challenges based on exercise intensity.
  1. This feature encourages employees to focus on improving cardiovascular health by prioritizing quality over quantity of movement.
  2. By promoting more meaningful exercise, it motivates employees to push their limits and achieve significant fitness milestones.
Manual Steps Logging (Configurable)
Admins can choose whether to allow or disable manual step logging, giving them control over how data is entered and maintained. This allows:
  1. Ensures the integrity of the challenge data, preventing manipulation and ensuring that competition remains fair.
  2. Strikes the right balance between organizational oversight and individual autonomy.
Activity Import
Users can now seamlessly import physical activity data from their connected devices, such as Garmin, Fitbit, Apple Watch, and more. To sync and import activity data, users just need to visit the "My Workouts" page within the app.

This feature supports a wide range of activities like running, cycling, swimming, yoga, gym workouts, and more.
Lab Report Upload & Workforce Health Insights
The new Lab Report module integrates Annual Health Checkups into VFit, enabling HRs to track employee health and make data-driven wellness decisions.

How it works:
  • HRs can upload blood test reports via secure SFTP.
  • Employees can upload reports directly through the app.

Our AI analyzes the reports to identify potential health risks, such as:
  • Disease risks (e.g., diabetes, hypertension)
  • Nutritional deficiencies (e.g., Vitamin D, Iron)
  • Wellness concerns (e.g., stress, cholesterol)
Activity Conversion & Manual Steps Entry with Deeplinking and Silent Authentication
Vantage Fit now enables users to convert logged activities into steps or manually add steps when tracking physical activities, with HR approval.

We have also introduced a new Deeplinking Architecture, allowing seamless app access via external links (e.g., WhatsApp) and Silent Authentication for a frictionless login experience.
Targeted Challenges by Disease Risk or Biomarker Deficiency
With the new Workforce Insights section, HRs and Admins can now target wellness challenges to employees based on their disease risk or biomarker deficiencies.

This allows for more personalized health initiatives, providing a tailored approach to employee wellness based on their specific health needs.
Smart Recognition on Social Feed
Smart Recognition now automatically celebrates the top 3 performers in challenges with system-generated announcements on the social feed.

We have also added a new Announcements Module in the Admin Dashboard, allowing HR teams to easily publish rich media content like images, PDFs, videos, and carousels.
Revamped App Homepage & Notification Bell
The app's homepage has been redesigned to offer a personalized, easy-to-navigate dashboard. It now includes:
  • A summary of the day's activities
  • Key wellness metrics (steps, active minutes, calories burned, mindful minutes, health vitals)
  • A highlight section showcasing recent social feed activities

Additionally, the new Notification Bell alerts users to updates and reminders directly within the app.
Realtime Updates and External Data Sync
Vantage Fit has made progress tracking more personalized and dynamic. Users can now select any two custom metrics -Steps, Calories, Active Minutes, or Mindful Minutes to be displayed in their Rings.

The Rings now update in real time, eliminating the need to refresh the page or reopen the app.

Automated Workout Import Notification
Workout tracking is now smoother for Apple Watch users. When a workout is completed on the device, Vantage Fit automatically triggers a “New Workout Completed” notification. This enables:

Vantage Fit has expanded wearable compatibility by enabling automatic import of workouts completed on Garmin devices.

Similar to steps syncing, Garmin workouts now seamlessly sync to the Challenge Server and count toward participation metrics.

Recognition and communication are now more powerful. HRs and Admins can publish announcements directly to the Vantage Fit Social Feed, supporting PDFs, links, videos, and image carousels.

Challenges can also be configured to automatically publish winner announcements on the Feed enabling consistent and automated recognition. This enables:

Navigation & UI Redesign

Within each challenge, participants can now engage in a group chat, sharing images, links, videos, and updates with others in the challenge. By allowing users to communicate in real-time, this feature creates an interactive environment where participants can support each other, share tips, and celebrate their progress together.
GDPR-Compliant Onboarding
For enhanced privacy and compliance, users can now join the platform without sharing personal data, and their health profiles will remain disabled until they choose to share them. This approach ensures that user data is protected from the start, aligning with GDPR and other data protection regulations. It allows users to engage with the platform while maintaining control over their data, minimizing any concerns related to privacy.
Leaderboard Search
The new leaderboard search feature enables users to quickly find their colleagues on the leaderboard by searching for their names or specific criteria.
